m8k8 is required under Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and prior to full account access. KYC verification requires submission of:
m8k8 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify identity, address, or source of funds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal access restricted pending completion.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your m8k8 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential. You must notify m8k8 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. m8k8 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.
m8k8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your m8k8 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. m8k8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified m8k8 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. m8k8 processes withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed same-day; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
m8k8 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. m8k8 reserves the right to request documentation establishing the source of funds for any deposit or pattern of deposits that triggers AML review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting obligations under applicable law.
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. m8k8 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee against inactive account balances, as disclosed in the account settings, following written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by m8k8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, supersede these general Terms with respect to the applicable promotion.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before a bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse m8k8 bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce risk while extracting bonus value, or any other conduct that m8k8 determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute bonus abuse — will result in: (a) immediate disqualification from the relevant promotion; (b) forfeiture of any bonus-derived balance; and (c) potential permanent account closure at m8k8's discretion.
m8k8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific promotional terms under which they were issued.
Each game available on m8k8 is subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the game rules will govern the specific game outcome. m8k8 uses independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all available games.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, m8k8 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the applicable game provider's malfunction policy. m8k8's resolution decision in such cases is final and binding. m8k8 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's side.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of m8k8 content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, m8k8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the m8k8 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
m8k8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m8k8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. m8k8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
m8k8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how m8k8 handles your personal data — including what is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
m8k8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal terms, bonus policies, or player rights — m8k8 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of m8k8 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact m8k8 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
